Welcome to the Collbine for Business Guide, your step-by-step handbook for creating a loyalty program that keeps customers coming back. By following this guide from top to bottom, you will be able to configure your stamps and rewards, publish your program, and start rewarding customers in no time.

Create Your Account

Create an account page

Before setting up your loyalty program, you need to create a Collbine for Business account. On the Create an account page, enter your email address, password, and confirm your password. Click Sign Up to complete the account creation process.

If you already have an account, click Login at the bottom of the page to sign in.

Verify Your Email Address

After creating your account, you must verify your email address before continuing. A six-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you used during sign up.

Enter the six-digit code on the Check your email page and click Confirm.

Once your email is verified, you will be asked to sign in again to access your Collbine for Business dashboard.

If you do not receive the verification email, wait for the resend timer to finish and request a new code. You may also want to check your spam or junk folder.

What's Next?

Once you have signed in, you can begin setting up your loyalty program. To launch your program on Collbine, you will need to complete the following steps in order.

  1. Official Business Details – Set up your registered business information.
  2. Customer-Facing Details – Configure how your business appears to customers in the app.
  3. Stamp System and Rewards – Define how customers earn stamps and redeem rewards.
  4. Stamp Design – Customise the visual design of your stamp card.
  5. Release to Apps – Publish your loyalty program so customers can start collecting stamps.
